Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced R&D Software Engineer III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of innovative software solutions while ensuring optimal performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, create, and modify computer applications or specialized utility programs.

• Analyze user needs and design software solutions to enhance functionality and efficiency.

• Customize software for client use, focusing on performance optimization and usability.

• Collaborate in UI/UX design and microservice development within cross-functional teams.

• Conduct impact assessments for software development initiatives.

• Work with offshore developers and coordinate tasks effectively.

• Engage in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and TDD practices.

• Utilize configuration management, project management, and requirements tools throughout the software lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• 6+ years of experience in software development, specifically in front-end development.

• Hands-on experience with React and JavaScript.

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, C++, or C).

• Working knowledge of Python and experience in Linux development environments.

• Strong understanding of integration, integration testing, and cybersecurity for embedded software.

• Experience using tools such as Jira (project management), Jama (requirements management), and GitHub (version control).
