Employee Referral Program

Our Employee Referral Bonus Program is designed to encourage and reward employees who refer qualified candidates to KIP Information Technologies. For each successful hire, KIP provides a referral bonus of $1500.00 after a candidate has reached their six month anniversary with the company.

How to refer a candidate

Friends of KIP Referral Program

Friends Referral Program

Similar to our internal referral program, KIP Information Technologies also offers generous referral rewards to those individuals outside of the company who refer applicants to our open positions. Friends and family who refer qualified candidates to our open positions are eligible to receive $1000.00 for each successfully hired referral.  KIP will deliver payment following the six month’s anniversary of referred employees. Payment will be taxable. All referrers will be required to fill out a W-9 form and fax or send via PDF to KIP prior to receipt of payment. 

How to refer a candidate

  • Check open positions on our website under careers section, identified by the Human Resources Department at KIP Information Technologies.
  • E-mail the resume of the potential candidate you are referring to hrd@kipitusa.com with “Through Friends of KIP Information Technologies Referral Program” in the subject line. Please mention the Position Name and ID.
  • Include your name and detailed contact information in your e-mail to ensure that you receive your reward.


  • In order for referral fees to be paid, individuals must be hired within 180 days of the referral.
  • Referral fees will only be paid to referrers when the new hire has been employed by us on a Full-Time capacity for at least six months.
  • Referred candidates must not have been previously employed by KIP Information Technologies.
  • Referred candidates must not have applied to one of our external job postings or currently entered into our applicant database.
  • Eligibility subject to FAR compliance. The terms and conditions of this program are subject to change at any time. This program may be terminated at KIP Information Technologies sole discretion. For more information or to refer a candidate, please contact us via e-Mail at hrd@kipitusa.com
