- Medical Device Engineering experience
- Cybersecurity Architecture, Design, and Risk Management
- Threat Modeling (STRIDE) and Penetration Testing
- Hands-on experience in regulated medical product cybersecurity
- Experience of industry frameworks: NIST, OWASP, ISO
- Experience working with medical device regulations (FDA, EU-MDR, CFDA)
- Embedded Systems Security expertise
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, design, and evaluate cybersecurity risks in mechanical and electro-mechanical systems.
- Lead and conduct cybersecurity testing and validation to verify product capability and functionality.
- Develop and maintain threat models, security requirements, architecture, and implementation plans for Electrophysiology Products.
- Assess cybersecurity risks for new and existing product features.
- Perform cybersecurity activities and deliverables, including Threat Modeling and Risk Management.
- Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to cybersecurity maintenance processes for Electrophysiology products.
- Collaborate with Systems, Software, Electrical, QA, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams to ensure timely cybersecurity deliverables.
- Apply cybersecurity frameworks to standardize security functions across development and delivery.
- Coordinate with external vendors for security testing activities such as Penetration Testing.
