Looking for 10+ years exp .NET/SQL Developer with hands-on experience implementing Section 508 compliance coding standards.

• Develop and maintain applications using .NET and SQL Server.
• Proven experience as a developer working with .NET and SQL Server.
• Implement and enforce 508 compliance standards across all coding practices.
• Utilize accessibility testing tools such as ANDI, AXE, NVDA, and Color Contrast Analyzer to validate compliance.
• Familiarity with WCAG guidelines and other accessibility frameworks.
• Experience in government or healthcare-related projects.
• Medicaid domain knowledge, especially Provider subsystem experience (highly desirable).
• Strong communication skills to explain accessibility requirements to non-technical stakeholders
