• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, business objectives, and production workflows.
• Ability to take ownership of complex technical tasks involving multiple inter-coordinating elements.
• Proven capability to identify and anticipate key manufacturing issues, analyze root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
• Willingness to apply new methods, creative problem-solving, and innovative approaches where precedents may not exist.
• Experience conducting verification and validation activities, supported by clear technical documentation.
• Ability to evaluate system impacts when implementing new processes, tools, or changes.
• Strong communication skills for peer reviews, cross-functional collaboration, and justification of technical approaches.
• Ability to develop and maintain documentation, process flow diagrams, and technical reports as required.
• Knowledge of Lean principles, continuous improvement concepts, or process optimization practices (preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in using analytical tools, engineering software, or data-driven methodologies to improve manufacturing performance.
