Looking for 6+ Years experience Systems Business Analyst with below given skills.

• Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems.
• Develop and document business process models.
• Perform system testing and validation. Support monthly after hour releases.
•  Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher/related certification highly preferred.
• Need strong work exp in MS Excel, utilize pivot tables, perform data analysis, and leverage features like VLOOKUP, condition formatting.
• Learn and understand the current business workflow process and become a SME.
• Develop Production Plans that include short- and long-term forecasts for workload and staffing.
• Work requires considerable judgment and initiative.
• Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization.
• Review process improvement requests, analyze benefit, recommend whether request should be implemented, refined, or discarded.
• Act as a point of contact between business operation team and technical team.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience. Advanced degree or professional designation preferred.
