Role Overview

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst with a strong risk-focused mindset to support cybersecurity assessments and protect organizational systems and information assets. This role involves hands-on work with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, threat identification, and mitigation activities aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-based cybersecurity assessments aligned with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.

• Evaluate security controls and ensure effective implementation of cybersecurity tools and technologies.

• Support the development and maintenance of a risk-based cybersecurity program.

• Identify cybersecurity threats and participate in mitigation and remediation activities.

• Assist in defining and improving cybersecurity strategies, policies, and standards.

• Apply technical expertise to protect company systems, applications, and data from cyber threats.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in risk-based cybersecurity assessments.

• Hands-on working knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.

• Proven ability in cybersecurity threat identification and mitigation.

• Solid understanding of cybersecurity controls, tools, and best practices.

• Ability to assess security risks and recommend practical remediation strategies.

• Strong cybersecurity fundamentals with a risk and compliance mindset.

Education Requirements (Preference Order)

1. Master’s degree in Cybersecurity (Preferred)

2. Master’s degree in Software / Computer Science

3. Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity
