Description:
Looking for Sr. SAP Project Manager Functional with at least 15+ yrs of exp in SAP area, will help coordinate with the functional and technical teams on multiple IT initiatives (Archiving and SAP Hardware upgrade)

Required multiple SAP areas working experience.

Required business engaging experience, SAP Functional experience.

The functional lead will be responsible for coordinating with the ERP application teams (Functional, Basis and Database), infrastructure teams (OS, Storage and Networking) and external vendors on the testing efforts across the landscape and ensuring the SLC validations are adhered.

The functional lead will be responsible for planning and execution of the testing activities as per the approved timeline.

Assesses and evaluates risk to the project timelines.

Communicates effectively, both formally and informally.

Demonstrates leadership and facilitates collaboration between stakeholders who have diverse objectives.

Required: At least 15 plus years of experience in Project Management and software validation requirements, testing coordination, preferably in the health care industry that is a GxP regulated.

Prior management experience in leading a diverse portfolio of functional teams, Software validation, problem determination (experience in root cause analysis) and problem resolution skills.

Strong collaboration and partnering skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand terms to senior leaders.

Knowledge of Infrastructure environments, service requirements and culture.

Process skills: an understanding of process costs, ability to work with multiple technical & functional
teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Ability to accomplish results through others particularly by establishing relationships.

Ability to be firm but fair about the project deliverables.Education: Degree in IT and/or complimentary business degree.
